What you are buying, what the licence covers, and how refunds work. Effective [[EFFECTIVE_DATE]].
TrainerKit, ConsultKit, IntakeKit and RenewKit are sold by [[LEGAL_ENTITY]] (“we”, “us”), of [[LEGAL_ADDRESS]]. Buying any of them, or using this website, means you accept these terms.
They sit alongside our Disclaimer, which sets out what the tools do and do not do, and our Privacy policy. Where the Disclaimer says something more specific about scope, medical matters or liability, that wording applies.
TrainerKit is not a fourth product. It is a bundled purchase of three separate one-time licences — ConsultKit, IntakeKit and RenewKit — at a combined price. Each remains its own product with its own behaviour, its own setup link and its own terms of use as set out below.
None of them is a subscription, and there is no recurring charge of any kind.
None of them is a hosted service with an account. Your setup is carried inside a link generated for you, and that link is the product. There is nothing to log in to and no password to reset, which is why keeping your links is your responsibility rather than ours.
One licence covers one trainer or one training business, for unlimited use with your own prospects and clients. There is no per-client charge and no cap.
It does not cover reselling a tool, sharing your setup links with another trainer or business so they can use them, or republishing the underlying files as your own product. If you have several trainers working under one business, that is one business and one licence; if they are independent operators, each needs their own.
Buying the bundle does not grant three transferable licences. It grants one business the use of three tools.
The bundle price is $197 once, in the currency shown at checkout — against $273 for the three bought separately. Individually they are $97, $79 and $97. Payment is taken by Stripe; we never see or hold your card details. Any sales tax, VAT or GST that applies is shown before you pay.
We may change prices at any time. A change never affects a purchase already made.
If you already own one of the kits and then buy the bundle, write to [[SUPPORT_EMAIL]] and we will put it right. The checkout cannot tell what you already own, so it is a manual adjustment rather than an automatic one.
If the tools are not useful to you, write to [[SUPPORT_EMAIL]] within 30 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. You do not need to justify the request, and there is nothing to return.
A bundle refund covers all three. We do not part-refund a bundle to leave you holding one or two kits — if you want to keep one, tell us and we will refund the difference against that kit's individual price instead.
After 30 days we are not obliged to refund, though you are welcome to ask. Nothing here affects statutory rights you may have that cannot be waived.
Access is delivered immediately after payment, on screen and by email. A bundle purchase gives you a page holding all three setup links, and the same links by email.
Once you generate a setup link, email it to yourself and keep it. We can re-send the setup pages, but we cannot reconstruct a link you have generated and lost, because we never receive it.
This matters most for RenewKit. Its link also carries the key that decrypts your client records. We do not hold that key and cannot obtain it, so a lost RenewKit link means those records cannot be recovered by us or by anyone else. That is a deliberate part of the design, and the setup page states it before a key is generated.
Support is by email, and we aim to answer within two business days. It covers getting the tools working and using them as intended. It does not cover your hardware, your hosting, or the content of what you write into your own setup.
We may update the products. Updates that improve them are provided at no charge; a copy already installed on a device keeps working as it is until you open your link again. We do not promise that any particular feature will exist forever, and we may stop selling a product at any time without that affecting your licence to keep using it.
RenewKit's record syncing depends on hosting we run. We aim to keep it available but do not promise any level of uptime, and records remain usable on your own device when it is not.
The tools are licensed to fitness professionals for use within their own scope of practice and their own jurisdiction's rules. You are responsible for what you put into them, for how you describe the results to a client, and for the legal effect of any wording you adopt.
The consent, release and policy wording included with IntakeKit is a plain-English starting point, not legal advice. Have a lawyer where you practise review it before you rely on it.
You are the data controller for everything you record about your clients. See our Privacy policy for what that means in practice.
We do not promise that using these tools will win you clients, keep clients, or produce any particular result for anybody you train. Figures, timelines and projections they display are arithmetic on what was entered, not forecasts.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
We may change these terms for future purchases. The terms that apply to you are the ones in force when you bought. The effective date at the top always reflects the current version.
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, and the courts of British Columbia have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer somewhere with protections that cannot be contracted out of, those still apply to you.
